Explore curated learning on sustainability, nutrition, compassion, mindful living, ancient wisdom, stories, practical habits and more. SAGE can also help you examine claims you encounter elsewhere.
Find whole-food plant-based recipes, including SOS-free options, and keep notes on recipes you want to make, have made, or want to revisit.
See topics explored, courses in progress, practices tried, notes, saved content and what you choose to mark complete.
SAGE is designed around compassion, evidence-informed knowledge and the awareness of educators, sustainability thinkers, nutrition experts and changemakers.
No subscription is required for the core SAGE experience. Wisdom shared forward should remain easy to access.
Start with your name and a verified email. You can also choose a SAGE username and password now, or add them later.
Choose the quickest sign-in method for you. Every method returns you to the same SAGE person.
Usually the quickest option on a device where you already created one. Use Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or your device passcode.
Use the SAGE username you added to this account.
We will send a short-lived code to a verified email on your SAGE person.
Open SAGE on WhatsApp, send LINK SAGE, then enter the 8-digit code here. This connects the device to your existing SAGE person.
Your profile is ready and recoverable.
Your SAGE journey at a glance — across the SAGE spaces you choose to connect.
Explore knowledge, reflect on what matters, try practical changes and share what helps. SAGE records evidence, not judgement: reading is exploration; completion and behavioural change are only recorded when you explicitly say so.
A simple record of what you chose to explore, complete, practise and share in the last 7 days.
Only goals and practices you chose to track appear here. SAGE does not assume an action happened until you record it.
Plans and next actions you explicitly chose.
Your five Quest paths can each be started once and revisited whenever you choose. Add SMART goals beneath them when you want to turn an intention into action.
View your Quest paths and their SMART goals.
Only goals due today appear here. SAGE records only what you explicitly check in.
Course progress, learning landscape and Quest dimensions live in Learning so My Quest stays focused.
Use SAGE at your own pace. Reopen this guide whenever you want; completed steps are recognised automatically.
A Quest is a direction you choose. SMART goals turn it into specific practical commitments. Check-ins record what you explicitly did; reading alone is not evidence of change.
Recorded is qualifying explicit action evidence. Verified has been reviewed with provenance. Estimated is calculated using an identified versioned methodology and is not a directly measured outcome.
Scope 1 is direct emissions from sources an organisation owns or controls. Scope 2 is indirect emissions from purchased energy. Scope 3 covers other upstream and downstream value-chain emissions. A personal action is not automatically an organisation’s Scope reduction.
FOODPrint keeps food impacts visible alongside carbon FOOTprint, including greenhouse gases, land, freshwater, eutrophication and impacts on other animals. SAGE only calculates estimates when compatible quantity and methodology data exist.
SAGE uses SDGs 1–7 and 9–17, plus SDG 18 — Zero Animal Exploitation, recognising practical action towards a world where other animals are not treated as resources or commodities.
Your authorised Admin tools can manage Spaces and members, configure Actions, maintain methodologies and factors, review Impact evidence and generate Reports. Admin access remains role-scoped.
Browse the full SAGE course catalogue. Your progress comes from explicit learning activity already stored in My SAGE.
Course progress and learning insights load only when you open this section, keeping the rest of My SAGE fast.
Start with the broad knowledge families you have explored.
Then see how your explicit activity contributes across your Quest.
○ Not explored · ◐ Explored · ✓ Explicitly completed. Opening a topic never silently marks it complete.
Courses and Quests shared with you through your SAGE Spaces and groups. Your personal activity remains private.
Your latest explored, completed and shared learning belongs here rather than on Overview.
Certificates and achievements backed by explicit SAGE learning evidence.
See how your qualifying SAGE engagement and recorded actions relate to the Sustainable Development Goals and SDG 18 — Zero Animal Exploitation. This is evidence, not a score.
One action can support several goals, so goal cards can overlap. The top counters count unique underlying evidence rather than adding the same activity again for every SDG it supports.
Recorded means SAGE has an explicit signal that you engaged meaningfully or recorded an action — for example marking learning helpful, making a note, explicitly completing learning, or recording a qualifying real-world action. Simply viewing content, searching, opening a suggestion or clicking an autofill button does not count as Impact.
Verified means supporting evidence has been explicitly reviewed, or an independent outcome has been recorded with provenance. Verification keeps the same underlying evidence identity rather than inventing another activity. Estimated means a value was calculated from a versioned methodology and must remain labelled as an estimate, never as measured or verified impact.
Automatically linked means a configured SAGE mapping connects qualifying recorded evidence to an SDG because that evidence is relevant to the goal. One activity can be linked to several goals without becoming several independent activities. Learning evidence is not silently converted into a health, climate, biodiversity or social outcome.
Your own evidence is visible to you here. Organisation administrators receive only privacy-safe aggregate evidence and do not receive your private conversations, searches, notes, health information, giving details, IP/location or unrelated personal data.
SAGE uses only configured evidence mappings. Goals without automatic tracking remain visible but are not credited automatically.
Generate an evidence-led report from the same Impact data you see in My SAGE. Recorded, Verified and Estimated remain separate.
Passive views, searches, suggestions and autofill clicks are excluded. One underlying action may support several SDGs without becoming several independent actions.
Recipes you plan or make and practices you explicitly start or complete.
Your personal SAGE plans. Choose when to make something, optionally set a reminder, and add scheduled plans to your calendar.
A chronological record of recipes you explicitly marked as made. Repeat counts are preserved.
Your personal library of SAGE answers, lessons and recipes.
Your private learning journal. Add a note directly below any SAGE response.
Review your saved SAGE conversations by stream. Historical autofill suggestions are displayed as archive content, not silently submitted as new questions.
Spaces you have deliberately joined. A Space membership does not give the organisation access to your private My SAGE profile, notes, conversations, health information or device data.
These are durable paths to the same SAGE person. Disconnecting a stream stops future automatic recognition through that identity; it does not silently erase history.
Sessions are temporary. Rename devices so you recognise them, and sign out any device you no longer use. This does not disconnect WhatsApp, Aquarius, Moodle or other durable streams.
Your private record of what you choose to give — money, time, skills or something else. Everything here is optional and visible only to you.
Organisation, amount, currency and notes stay in your private My SAGE ledger. Aggregate impact reporting may count that a giving action happened, but never exposes these details.
For regular money, time or skills. SAGE asks you to confirm each occurrence — it never records it as done automatically.
Edit or delete any entry whenever you want.
Invite someone to join your Quest. Your invitation creates a SAGE connection only — it never reveals your private searches, notes, conversations, health information, location or connected account IDs.
Share a short code or a join link. You choose how many people may use it and when it expires.
If someone shared a SAGE invitation code with you, enter it here. Space invitations add only the stated Space membership; personal invitations create only a Quest connection.
Everything here is optional. Add only what helps SAGE support your health and sustainability Quest. Updates belong to your canonical SAGE person and can therefore inform all linked streams.
Choose what other people can see. Your health details, IP addresses, private notes and raw conversations are never made public here.
Your verified SAGE username is also your profile address. If you change it later, SAGE keeps your old address as a redirect so shared links continue to work.
See the identity behind this My SAGE account, then manage sign-in and recovery methods.
Loading…Your SAGE person ID is the durable identity that keeps your learning, Quest activity and connected SAGE paths together. Your username is the human-friendly sign-in/profile address.
Use a username and password as one optional way to sign in. Your email and passkeys remain separate recovery/sign-in methods.
You do not need another passkey just because one already exists. Add another only when you want a second device or authenticator available.
See what SAGE stores for you before you download or delete anything.
The JSON export contains your SAGE person identity, profile fields, connected streams, Quest and learning activity, and saved conversations/messages. Passwords, passkey secrets and raw authentication credentials are not included.
This removes optional profile information such as preferred name, age, height, weight, food preference and allergies. It does not delete your SAGE person, Quest/learning history, connected streams, account sign-in methods or conversations.
Use Conversations to remove individual conversation history, Connected SAGE to disconnect streams, and Account to manage sign-in methods. Organisation/group permissions will remain explicit and never reveal private conversations automatically.
This removes the optional personal profile fields SAGE uses to personalise your experience.
Choose a label you will recognise later, such as My MacBook, School library or Work PC.
Open SAGE in the account you want to connect and send LINK SAGE. The stream must verify its own logged-in identity; My SAGE never asks your browser to invent a platform username.
LINK SAGEYour SAGE journey can stay together wherever you use SAGE. Notes, learning progress, plans, saved content and connected streams can belong to one SAGE person.

These are friendly names for broad Quest directions. You can rename your own Quest at any time.
SMART goals are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound. SAGE records only what you explicitly log; it does not infer a behaviour from reading about it.
